An introduction to The Elysium
The Elysium offers its guests uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean together with a wealth of facilities in a truly luxurious setting. Designed in a palatial style influenced by the Byzantine era and combining elements from Greek, Medieval and Venetian history, its use of local stone, marble, timber and warm, muted colours creates an ambience of peace and tranquility, which you will sense as soon as you arrive.
The stunning pool area is perfect for relaxing days - the two outdoor pools, including a large, sunken Roman bath, are connected by a series of bridges, interspersed with sun decks and set off by a waterfall feature. The hotel also has its own Greek amphitheatre - perfect for staging outdoor shows and concerts, and excellent dining facilities, including a medieval style a la carte restaurant and a Cypriot-style taverna.
You will also find plenty of attractions on the doorstep - local bars, restaurants and shops are 50m away, Paphos harbour is approximately 2km away, and the famous Tombs of the Kings are just 300m from your hotel. There is a regular bus service to Coral Bay, the House of Dionysos and Paphos harbour.

The web review of the hotel did not do it justice, the hotel is only four or so years old and in excellent condition. The public areas are most impressive and the service provided by the staff was second to none. With it's own section of beach,... more on this review
