An introduction to Villa Avra
This place looks like it's had a TV makeover – it's just like a show home.
Inside, it's immaculately presented. The downstairs is an open-plan affair with the lounge, dining room and kitchen all rolled into one. It comes with cream-coloured walls, with muslin curtains and stripy peach drapes at the windows. And it's kitted out with plush red leather sofas, a good-sized TV and a CD player, too.
Head upstairs and you'll find a double bedroom and two twin rooms. All three come with the added luxury of their own ensuite – but the double has claimed the biggest. What's more, the double and one of the twins both get their own balcony, too.
The outside looks just as good as the inside. There's a big rectangular pool set in a checkerboard sun terrace surrounded by gardens. Plus there's a shaded pergola with a barbecue and tables and chairs so it's perfect for al fresco dining.
Lastly, there's the location to consider. You're less than a 15-minute walk from Akamas National Park, while the same time in the car will get you to Coral Bay beach.
