Aresti Villa

Sitting on a tranquil hilltop overlooking Coral Bay, the Aresti is just the ticket for large families or groups of friends. For starters it's got loads of space. Not only does it have four roomy bedrooms, but each one has its own ensuite bathroom. So there'll be no queuing for the shower. And it's the same throughout the rest of this bright, modern villa.

There's a great lounge area with a stripy three-piece suite and a DVD player and satellite television to keep you entertained. There's a good-sized kitchen with smart wooden fitted units and all the mod cons like a dishwasher and washing machine. And when you fancy eating indoors, the dining area has a wooden table seating eight.

Of course, once you clap eyes on the Aresti's outdoor offerings, you'll probably want to spend most of your time soaking up the Cypriot sunshine. And where better to do it than by the oblong-shaped pool. Sunk into a large terrace, it has Roman-style steps and is flanked by sun beds and parasols. You'll also find a table and chairs on hand for al fresco meals and a barbeque for when you want a break from cooking in the kitchen.

If tucking into the local cuisine is a big part of your holiday though, you're just a few minutes drive from Coral Bay, which has a fantastic selection of both traditional and international restaurants as well as shops and bars.

And if you want to hit the crumbly stuff, you can be on Coral Beach's mammoth golden curl in less than ten minutes. Then again, you might want to just stay put and do nothing more taxing than taking gentle strolls across the hills or stretching out by the pool with a glass of chilled wine. And who could blame you?
